Richmond Community Services introduces Quality Matters Program

Richmond Community Services wants to acknowledge employees who demonstrate RCS’ Core Values daily with individuals, families, and/or colleagues.  The Quality Matters Program allows anyone to nominate a staff member who is observed to demonstrate one of the core values.  Richmond Core Values are:
