President and CEO
Stanojka (Paca) MD, MPT, CWS has been the CEO of Richmond since 2014. She is a Certified Wound Specialist and Diplomat of The American Academy for Wound Management and holds an MD degree from the University of Belgade, a Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California, and a certificate in Executive Nonprofit Management from Columbia University Business School. She is also a mother of four wonderful children.

Chief Program Officer
Sara Trowers serves as Chief Program Officer at Richmond Community Services, providing strategic and operational leadership across programs supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, and community-based services. She brings more than 15 years of experience in human services leadership, with a strong focus on program quality, regulatory compliance, and organizational sustainability.
Sara oversees complex, multidisciplinary service lines and is deeply committed to person-centered practices that promote dignity, inclusion, and meaningful outcomes. Her work emphasizes continuous quality improvement, staff development, and collaborative partnerships that strengthen both internal operations and community impact.
A values-driven leader, Sara believes effective organizations are built at the intersection of strategy, accountability, and compassion. She is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders, fostering strong team cultures, and ensuring services evolve to meet the needs of individuals, families, and the broader community.

Chief Financial Officer
After working with several non-pofit/DD agencies in the area over the last 20+ years, Andrew (Andy) joined Richmond Community Services in 2009 as the VP of Financial Services/CFO. In this role, he is responsible for the oversight of all financial operations of the agency as well as the IT Services Department. In addition to his work at Richmond, Andy is an Enrolled Agent authorized to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.

Chief Quality Officer
Bonnie Doran has over 15 years of experience in non-profit and government agencies and excels at utilizing data to make informed decisions to support agencies and programs in achieving goals. She facilitates relationships with stakeholders and colleagues to support quality oversight of the programs for the people we serve. Bonnie holds a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and is also a licensed therapist.

Director of Facilities Services
Mr. Dave Powell possesses a commendable tenure at Richmond Community Services, commencing his professional journey in 2001 as a clinical staff member in residential services, overseeing multiple group homes. Transitioning into Operations in 2006, Mr. Powell currently holds the esteemed position of Director of Facilities Management. In this capacity, he adeptly oversees the management of maintenance, security, transportation, custodial services, shipping and receiving, and purchasing.
Furthermore, Mr. Powell serves as a pivotal liaison between the state, particularly the Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), and Richmond Community Services. In this crucial role, he facilitates the seamless execution of Environmental Modifications aimed at enhancing the living conditions of individuals with disabilities. These modifications encompass both vehicular and residential renovations, contributing significantly to the improvement of the overall quality of life for the individuals under the organization’s care.

Corporate Compliance Officer
Nena Stojic received her MD from the University of Belgrad and has vast experience in health promotion, education, and quality improvement. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, Victoria.
Nena is a Compliance Health Care Certified (CHC) at Pittsburgh Law.
