Richmond Community Services will hold its annual Quality Matters Breakfast, a special celebration honoring our incredible support staff and our organization’s heart and soul.
Richmond Community Services is dedicated to providing excellence in the community for people with developmental disabilities. The passion and commitment of our incredible staff have always been instrumental in driving our mission. Through our Quality Matters Program, any employee can nominate and acknowledge a staff member demonstrating one or more of our core values with individuals, families, and/or colleagues daily. This event celebrates our incredible support staff’ who go above and beyond every day to care for individuals with developmental disabilities. From early mornings to late nights, they provide compassionate support, encouragement, and a sense of belonging to those we serve. Their hard work, patience, and kindness create a nurturing environment where everyone can thrive. They don’t just do a job—they dedicate their lives to sustaining our mission and making a lasting impact. So, let’s come together to celebrate our star staff on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at Castle Royale 92 Waverly Street, Yonkers, 10701. The event is set to begin at 8:30 AM.
